Her unparalleled leadership abilities and business acumen were recognized when she was recruited by Danaher Corporation to help lead the spin-out of their dental business platform as Envista Dental Holdings, which successfully launched as an IPO on the NY Stock Exchange.

As a board member of Ultrasound AI, a pioneering startup, she is at the forefront of a revolutionary mission to improve the lives of mothers and babies by detecting risk for preterm birth. Additionally she serves on the board of HerhealthEQ, a nonprofit dedicated to creating health equity for women in developing communities worldwide. She brings her industry expertise to support the acquisition of essential medical equipment for detecting, preventing, and treating non-communicable diseases, she actively contributes to their mission.
